Apollo has introduced a new device-management policy to reduce unauthorized account sharing. Effective immediately, each account can be associated with a maximum of five (5) devices.

Key details

• Device limit: Up to 5 devices may be linked to an account at any time.

• Swaps allowed: You can remove up to two (2) devices per week to replace or rotate hardware.

• Manage devices: Open the app and go to Settings → Devices/Manage Devices (or use the web portal) to view/remove devices.

• Profiles unaffected: This does not change your profiles, favorites, or watch history—only the device count.

• Reset-all pending: A full “reset all devices” option is not available yet; the provider has indicated a future solution is in progress.

How to identify which device is which

• Order of the list: The most recently added device appears at the bottom of the list.

• Confirm on the device:

  • Fire TV: Settings → My Fire TV → About shows the friendly model name (e.g., Fire TV Stick 4K Max (2nd Gen))
